Global Learning and Development Lead Wanted!

Our team of 8,000+ professionals from diverse backgrounds works tirelessly across ten African countries to ensure farmers have access to quality supplies and training, leading to a 40% increase in profits on average for the farmers we serve.

About the Role:

As the Global Learning and Development Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in driving organizational growth and development. Reporting directly to our Director of People Innovations, you’ll lead a team focused on equipping our staff with the skills needed to achieve our ambitious goals. From developing talent growth strategies to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll be at the forefront of creating impactful learning programs.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strong leadership skills with 7+ years of experience in talent development.
  • Proven track record in strategy development and implementation.
  • Fluency in English.
